For those that are interested, the ATSB's report on NAS 2b is available at:

Who's got at the ATSB?
It saddens me to have to say it but the ATSB has turned its back on many of the safety recommendations that have come from previous airspace design stuff ups. They were right then and they look like they been politicised now.
Bring on the enquiry and make it a Royal commission where charges can be laid.
