I heard this week that it has been approved and is aiming to have arround 2M movements by 2014, what I can't seem to find is when it is meant to be opening in the 1st place.

Having failed the NATS tests I was thinking of the idea of applying to be at ATCA to gain some experience before I apply again to NATS. Humberside aren't recruiting at the moment (and told me the position had already been filled before I applied last time they were).
