RIP SW Deps

A sad thing happened today largely unnoticed at TC. The south west departures sector, not much used, loved or understood was withdrawn from service and amalgamated into the Ockham sector, never to be seen again (at least until traffic levels force it to be re-invented !!!!!!!!).
