The shift patterns are based on a 10 day cycle... core shift is shown as 1st one others are examples but not all of what could be worked if not working nights.

How does working a morning straight after an afternoon work?

i hadn't listed the hours, basically its a short afternoon shift 1.30pm-7pm before the morning to allow for 12 hours break before a 7am start.
