NATS Application Stages

I'm an planning on applying to NATS but would like to know what to expect in each stage of the application so I can hit the ground running.

Would some of you who have successfully become ATCOs explain what happens in each of the 3 stages and what you can or cannot study to help your chances of success?

Thank you in advance!

Cam,

Take a good look through the 'sticky' above - all three stages are well explained there (although it will take you a while to read). From memory, Nokio's post on p22 is good for Stage 1 and there's a very good post on p155 for the newly updated Stage 2. Stage 3 coverage is a bit more patchy since a) not many people make it that far and b) everyone's interview is different.

As for those who are already ATCOs, they will have had a different application process to you - especially since Stage 2 has been redesigned in the last 2 months or so. They're brilliant for answering questions about the career, just less so about how to get there...

I would suggest that you start by looking at the top of the page for "NATS interview process" where there is over 160 pages dedicated to this exact topic

Thanks i've read a little of the above sticky already,

i was just hoping someone would be willing to sum up the 3 selection stages to save me reading all of the pages of that thread.

How much summing up do you need??, Paperclip has given you the page numbers with the information on for each stage, so you don't need to read every page!
