air band freqs

hello,is someone able to tell me what freq aircraft are on that come from the russia/asia area when they overfly the Amsterdam area and then what London freq do they get transfered to when they start there initial decent into Heathrow .Thanks in advance for any help.

128.160 or 118.480 or 135.425 for all westbounds

Over the Amsterdam area that'll be 132.635, 132.085 or 135.980
