Interesting Oceanic Clearance westbound

Yetserday, 3rd of Oct 0800UTC ca., we got with the oceanic clereance from Shanwick a traffic information of a pair of russian military aircrafts flying sw bound with altitude unknown!!
Didn’t see a thing…:sad:
Bound to Venezuela, again or what?

Venezuela, West Africa, mid-Atlantic with the fleet - who knows? You'd better get used to it - and probably not on TCAS so radar and Mk1 eyeballs ready.

I hear that two Bears were intercepted by UK Air Defence forces north of Scotland and were escorted round towards the Oceanic Exit points. Don't know how far they had got by the time I left work.
