Briefing on-line systems

Hi All

Wondering the on-line Internet Briefing systems like the self briefing / home briefing from Austro Control and Skyguide, Czech NAVbriefing have really changed old papers routine Briefing and might bring us humans resource decreasing? Was anybody involved in that process?
