Local Flight
 

Can anyone point me to a definition for a "Local flight". In our old South African Regulations it used to refer IIRC to a flight that originates and terminates at the same aerodrome and does not venture further than 20nm but this has since been removed. I have been through ICAO DOC 4444 and various other publications but no joy thus far.
