Atc P-rnav

Hi,
Im a student and I dont have a huge knowledge of ATC technology so i apologise in advance for my ignorance!
i was just wondering where i could find out some information on the introduction of P-RNAV procedures in the U.K? In particular, the testing for the new procdeures and any contacts anyone might have?
