ATC Trainee IN Australia
 

Hi guys,

I am new to here, bare with me with my stupid questions.

I've applied for ATC trainee position at airservices australia and have passed the online cognitive test.

there are still Psychometric assessments, personality assessment and structured behavioural panel interview to go through before I will be employed, haha:*

I just want to ask first of all, Have I made the right choice in attempting to join this profession??:bored: :ugh:

If so, any hints in how may i be able to do well in the above tests and interview I've mentioned
