harsh realities versus possibilites

yes we have a runway (???) without -- radar service , direct approach,ils, high intensity approach lights , (only 150 m simple approach lights) ,highspeed taxiway ,simultaneous push-back maneuvr area ,

ı think we need more than 50 pence:) :) :) :)
