Most urgent ATC issue
 

First: I believe, as do the majority of those responding to an ATC Employees' Alliance survey, that PPRuNe affords the best opportunity for communication amongst the world's ATC Professionals.

Second: UNITED KINGDOM and UNITED STATES controllers, please sit this one out. Allow the rest of the world's ATC Professionals to respond without fear someone will "steal" their thread.
