All I know is shes magic and I'm very grateful. After reading back my IFR clearance at the hold using an EXAM callsign she said "EXAM XX readback correct, GOOD LUCK" and it worked, I got a first-time pass! Two weeks later, I'm still thrilled.

It's not only the female ATCO's, one of the lady assistants a bit cheeky too!!!.... er so I've been told! ;)

I was there again this weekend.......... as I paid my landing dues I realised I was talking to the cheeky one............ummmmmm

And a very pleasant person she is to. Extremely helpful and very good at ATC. Every time I come home to EGHH on a dark night, I know I am in good hands. No jokes please.

Louise wouldn't be blonde would she ? If she is then I know her from the Cranfield days.....I could tell you a thing or three !
