HIAL

What're they like to work for? (Controller - wise). .- pay & conditions, training, courses etc?

A friend of mine works for HIAL at Wick; although he's a little further from civilization than he'd perhaps like he swears by HIAL as an employer, with no real complaints at all. Salaries are not as good as NATS, but pretty much in line with industry norms (reckon on £25k-£35k, I think). As for training, they paid for his met and APC tickets in return for a two-year bond, which sound pretty fair to me.

If there is anything specific you want to know mail me and I'll find out for you.
