BAA NO to Serco

BAA are alleged to have said that they will cancel all ATC contracts if Serco become our new owners. "Our contract is with NATS" was quoted, if the owner changes to Serco BAA will exercise a clause in their contracts to cancel them.

BAA's contract will still be with NATS. The company name isn't changing...just the structure.
