Future ATC opportunities

What are the prospects for ATC employment within Europe in the next 4-5 years for active ATCs from other countries? Are the much predicted shortages in staffing real or are training programs in place to fill the shortfall.

What countries seem to be the most promising for employment?

Thanks

predicted shortages in staffing
Predicted my a*se, mate!

Staff shortages still are and (more or less) always have been an essential part of european ATC life. :{

A few providers have been recruiting expats for over a decade now, especially Skyguide of Switzerland and DFS of Germany.

Staffing levels have improved, but generally shortages are still the norm (if I'm not mistaken about 1500 all over europe).
