Stuck TX LHR approach
 

For those at NATS engineering, in case you are not already aware: 134.975 MHz ground station seemed to be radiating an almost constant silent carrier for many minutes from approx 14:00 Z this afternoon. Several aircraft were repeatedly calling-in but could not be heard by the controller.
Thought I should report it in case it helps.

Calling 020-8750 2560 (phone number from the LL AIP entry) might be prudent

You mean NATS engineers aren't monitoring PPRuNe for their equipment serviceability? :}
