Last I knew was with Serco at Wattisham in ‘96. |
Last heard of him at ASTAC College. Google Global ATS, there may be a couple of people who worked with him still there. They may be able to get a message to him, if GDPR doesn't get in the way.

Fyi, I made contact with Richard and had a good chat, he's happily retired on the South Coast.
