Airways NZ Assessment Centre
 
Hi All,

Looking for information regarding the Airways NZ ATC Assessment Centre. Asking for a friend who has completed the initial online aptitude/personality tests etc and has been invited to attend the assessment in Feb. I have had a search through the various threads here but can only seem to find UK/AU related info.

My friend noted that the FAQ on the Airways website mentions that at the Assessment Centre:

"Candidates undergo further cognitive testing and psychological assessments, and are also assessed in group and individual activities. Candidates are also interviewed by key Airways staff."
She was hoping to get some more details on these tests and activities and interview format etc. and would be grateful for any info... Feel free to PM.

I would love to know to as I have an assessment day coming up soon and there dont seem to be any forums which have any advice.

I would also love any info. I am a pilot right now but looking at a potential shift in career slightly.
