As already said, is pretty much depending on the airport regulations found in the Jepp/Lido General part.
Dozens of variations out there though. "Tower, ABC123, on the ILS 09L" "Tower, ABC123, 10 miles ILS 25" "Tower, ABC123, on the micro 27R" and the most american favourite "Tower, ABC123, 7 miles out" :rolleyes: |
