Radio 4 Drama 'Control' by Adrian Penketh
It's not often there is a radio play concerning ATC, and I suspect many not aware of this one, available for another 29 days on i-Player: BBC Radio 4 'Control'

An interesting piece indeed. Wondering if I can just turn off the lights and play this at my next CRM/HF session.

Haven't listened yet, but looking forward to doing so. But the big question in my mind is whether it realistically portrays the business or whether it's 'Pushing Tin' without pictures.

I almost switched it off in the first minute after the controller gave taxi instructions to a vehicle. I stuck with it. It was quite good.

At least the frequency for Bristol Approach was correct!

I thought it was an accurate portrayal of some of the possible reactions to a serious accident. Very good.
