Turkey blackout - ATC problems?
 

At the time of writing, it looks as if there's a major electrical failure across Turkey. Some websites are reporting 'ATC Chaos' as a result, but I think they're actually just looking at FlightRadar24, which depends on independent radio receivers and won't have resilience.

Are there any particular problems at the moment with Turkish ATC?

It is likely that the safety-critical ATC systems are robust enough to work without the power grid, however what about airport passenger handling and turnaround services? Probably challenging to get passengers through the airport to dispatch so they quickly run out of ability to handle inbound flights. Big flow restriction sounds reasonably sensible in such a situation.
