Airservices Oz Retirement

Any clue if there are a retirement benefits tied to the Airservices jobs for expat applicants?

If so, what are the retirement benefits, and is there a mandatory retirement age?

No retirement age. 12.5% of gross salary is paid into super fund every two weeks
