Anyone with a real answer here?

In the ad they are saying salary 54 - 57k / month. So you start off with 54? What does "bonus" mean in their ad? Is it the allowance for housing or what is it?

Furthermore I would like to know if anyone can provide information of how much a say 2 room apartment costs in Abu Dhabi?

And how is the situation with flights back home? Any support on that? Any contracts with Etihad to get good conditions on flights?

How many days of leave is there per year?

How long are shifts per day? How many hours of work/breaks? How many shift days per cycle?

Is there any insurance plan or something for life after ATC?

Please guys, anyone? Help is appreciated!

Cheers,
d2d

-57K a month.
-Maybe a month's basic salary bonus a year.
-2 bedroom apt in AD anything from 100K/year to 160K. Further from the island equals cheaper. Prices are dropping like a lead balloon.
-ETD/UAE flies everywhere. GCAA has a deal with ETD (I think).
-34 shift days a year. Works out to approx 54-56 calender days of leave per year if you include off days. A bit tricky this one.
-Three 8 hour shifts. Between 5 and 6 hours per shift. At worst 6,5.
-No insurance. No exchange controls either. So save like a demon. There is a gratuity but Max Planck can't even explain it.
