Totally Ready
Forget 'fully ready', that's so last year.
From now on, your not ready to go until you call 'totally ready'. Who's with me? |
What is needed is an list of acceptable adjectives to describe the state of readiness, published by notam.
For example at times I feel "somewhat" ready, many times I am "not really" ready but want to queue up, but I will be ready by the time ATC gets to me. When I am heading home on the last leg I am "absolutlely" ready. |
I asked a BA airbus if he was ready (at the holding point) and the response was "Like you wouldn't believe." - I'm thinking of submitting a CAP413 change request to include it.

You could be ''Regionally Ready''.
Bags not loaded, passengers at security, getting refuelled, cleaner still sweeping, doors wide open, but they are ready to start for Paris. |
QRA could be 'Ever ready'.
|
Or how about "Midland Ready". I'm still in the hold at BNN but can you put me in the start queue now please so I don't loose my place:ok:
|
Or if you are a QANTAS pilot, - Helen Reddy. :E
'V-Jets' rule, O.K, :ok: |
It gets better,
"QANTAS 1, lined up 23R, Reddy to Rolf". :} |
