Great job by an SEP rated pilot on a complex twin in difficult circumstances. Even better job by an ATCO who displayed all the traits of a true professional.

Just want to say how much we appreciate you all and especially the crew at my local field EBCI and the gang at BXL info. You are so appreciated.
