Atc Training - Private Students

I am looking for an ATC training school that will accept private students preferably in the UK. Any information will be highly appreciated.

How does it work?

Is it like self sponsored flight training? You pay for your training and then you look for an agency to employ you?

Please, any info on this subjects is appreciated.
