Quality Professionals

I have just seen a NATS advert in the Torygraph for Quality Professionals. Having perused the website I am still none the wiser as to what these people actually are and what this job would actually entail.
And are all ATCOs not "Quality Professionals" (or are some of them slightly shop soiled or second hand Professionals!)?
Answers on a post card please.
(Although I would like to know what the job is in layman’s terms and not in the clichéd business speak of the advert which is the vaguest I have ever read!).

I think it may be a question of if you don't know what it means you haven't got what they're looking for. I haven't seen the ad but I assume that they want Quality Assurance types.

Is this the ad where the "Radar" has some odd targets with meaningless numbers, and with the radar timebase going backwards (anti clockwise)?

Professional ad people?

Advert in the Daily Wail was badly printed and blurred; poor advertisement for NATS.

It's not as good as the one in "Loaded". "Bird-watching" anyone?
