Working in the USA, UK or Canada

Can anyone give me some info on working in the UK, USA, or Canada? I’m a Controller in Australia, 30 years old with 5 years experience, 2 years on radar Approach. I also have a British passport thanks to having an English father.

I’m interested in Employer web sights, requirements, restrictions, and any first hand experience stories.

Hi TMAX;

I'm afraid that in the US your only chance would to be to go work for a contractor. Most facilities in the US are govt. facilities (keep hoping that they stay that way) and as such you must be a US citizen to work in them (security stuff).

We also have a mandatory maximum age for hiring and that is 31.

regards
