Frequency's for Liverpool and Manchester

The batteries in my scanner that I listen to at home
have gone flat and caused all the frequency's stored
on it to vanish.

Can anyone help me with a list of frequency's for
Liverpool and Manchester so as I can reprogram it.
Would like ground, approach and radar if poss.

Also would like to know Warton's, Hawarden's, Shawbury's.
