Gatwick may find it an interesting exercise to get staff through the door. They can't access the trainees from NATS college because of the Solutions branding. ATCOs that might be keen to join Proper NATS may think twice when they realise they're actually getting the NATS Lite package with no natsags and none of the career progression that Proper NATS have. As for pensions, can't see the 9/18 deal being offered either! Pay deals, nope - won't get the Proper NATS rates on that either. Solutions is at best the illegitimate child of Proper NATS, sometimes part of the family and sometimes not depending on circumstances that management decide on. That's just for the ATCOs though, I will take a guess that the GM will be Proper NATS......

Any link with the reduction in movement rate by a considerate Gatwick airport (to help passengers and the airlines), being down to Gatwick ATC capacity primarily? I did not start the rumour.....
