Masked Controllers

Covid: A question for controllers about wearing masks while working.

It seems some ANSPs are requiring controllers to wear a mask while at a control position working, while others are not. For example, Nav Canada requires controllers to wear a mask (meaning a standard Covid mask one would wear in an office or shop, not custom made to accommodate headset, earpiece, mic etc.). The Nav Canada requirement is in place even if you are the only controller in a complex or specialty at the time. I'm not saying the requirement is inappropriate or unnecessary, just wondering what other ANSPs are doing? Also, are there any ANSPs, if they require masks, that have supplied, purchased, developed masks that incorporate, or work well with, a mic?

Thanks
