Runway backtrack during cat 2 / cat 3

I was wondering if controllers have prohibitions against request for backtracking during CAT 2 / CAT 3 operations (after landing ).
I知 not getting into the technical details of why I知 asking this , assuming you know the answer and then if you want to know i can bring up the details
