Ryanair nose wheel issue at EGNX

A discussion is developing in RUMOURS & NEWS on subject title regarding whether a MAYDAY can be downgraded to a PAN, and the ATC alert states specified in MATS part 1/2.

Perhaps a current practising ATCO would like to enter the ring in RUMOURS & NEWS.
