And, who is going to be driving these cars when you've all been put out of work ? Or, who is going to be able to afford to fly around in aeroplanes ?

Although it can be very interesting to discuss where this could lead to in future.
For the moment it is to reduce the frequency load, reduce (read back) errors, help distribute the workload amongst the ATCO's (EC/CC)

Meantime I hear there are moves to get 90 movements per hour through the LNO Sector at MUAC. The frequency congestion is going to be unbelievable.

@Lon More; things have changed since you left. And more changes are on the way. But frequency congestion is more and more something to keep in mind. One of the reasons why there is such an effort to try and increase CPDLC usage
