Oceanic clearance for T9 from the South

We usually get our clearance south bound on 127.65.

If we are filed up T9 from the south do we have to obtain oceanic on HF for respective aircraft family?

please be gentle

Yep, but if HF comms are a real problem on the day Madrid will help out. Don't forget the new(ish) transponder setting northbound, 2000 10 mins after entry at BEGAS.
