I understand there was a review/inquiry into a crash near Lake George in the early 2000s. It found TCU consolidation was a causal factor...
Does anyone know where I could find it or what it was?

Apparently there are some sim rooms out the back that arent getting used that they want to put us in...

I would think it unlikely before "OneSky", but surely on the cards after.
Re consoles, the most outlandish story I heard was that the far wall of the TAATS centres were designed so that they could be 'removed' and the ops room (and equipment room downstairs presumably) extended, and more consoles added to each row.
PH TCU actually had a date for relocating to ML. It was something like after the youngest current (at the time) controller would likely retire. The idea was that anybody going after the date was announced did so in the knowledge that that would have to relocate, but nobody who was already there would. Sometime after that PEA relocated to PH, and the whole idea seems to fade away.
