So I have received an invitation to the assessment session. I know I have been told "you don't need to study", but obviously it wouldn't hurt to brush up on math skills and ?? what else should I expect during this evaluation for those that have been through it?

NavCanada states that there are study materials out there (none approved). Can somebody point me to some resources? Thanks.
