Atco working hours

Hi there! In Spain ATCos work 1200 hours a year, except overtime. And we have 27 days to enjoy our holidays.
How is it in the rest of Europe?
And with all that we earn, depending where you're posted, 3500 € to 6000 €. Is that more or less the same all over??
Gracias!!!

no figures for annual hours but in ireland its a 40 hour week 33 days leave and minimum 40 years service for full pension (50% final salary) retirement at 65. no early retirement.
18 year pay scale (or is it more?) maxing at about 92k excluding overtime
