Farnborough Radar

I'd just like to say thank you to the controllers who provide this excellent service to us GA pilots. I've always had a very polite/informative response whenever I've spoken to you. Yesterday (Friday 25th) I was on my way back from EGBJ-EGSX when my low voltage light came on and realised I was beginning to lose electrics, with the radio very nearly failing at one point. I notified the controller who very quickly got me permission to enter the new EGSS TMZ with my transponder switched off, and also called ahead to North Weald and told them I might be arriving without radio. Fortunately for me, once all my lights/transponder were off I just about maintained radio contact for the remainder of the flight and landed without any problems
