Medicals for ATC

Hello,
I have a question about medical tests, that take place after FEAST/DART. I'm applying for ATC in Poland, passed FEAST I, and waiting for DART.

The problem is, that I had a car accident in June 2016. I had several bones broken, after all it came out that I can't straighten up my right arm. Instead of 180 degrees, I can straight arm only to around 140 degrees. That's the only thing I'm worried about. I'm in good health, no problems with eyesight etc, just that arm. Can it make a problem later?
