ATC After Dinner Speech

Hi,

Apologies for intruding and I hope I've got the right place. Many years ago, I heard a recording of an ATC After Dinner speaker and I've been trying to track it down ever since. The only things I can really remember was that he mentioned airport licences, Pan Am and the fact that, as a ATC, he was a self employed civil servant. He was speaking at a banking convention. Would anyone know who this was and where I can get a copy of this speech?

Thanks

Jsl

A classic!

I still recall the cries around the approach room of "I spit on your aircraft"

As far as I am aware, David Gunson is the only Air Traffic Control Officer to be listed in the Guinness Book of Hit Albums.
