My reference checks have been done and now I am undergoing final approvals, anyone else up to this stage? I was told in a few weeks I should expect a reply if I have made it through or not (it has been 2 weeks since I was told this).
Anyone heard back if they have passed final approvals yet?

Hi all,
I completed the phone interview and was notified late April that I will be offered a place on the next available Assessment Centre. Over the phone I was told that there would be Assessment Centres in June/July (with notifications in May). I have sent a follow up email to Airservices. Just wondering if anyone who completed their phone interview around the same time has had confirmation of the dates for available Assessment Centres?

Can you confirm when you submitted your application. I just passed the OPQ a couple of weeks ago and received an email saying phone interviews were being scheduled but have not heard back since.

Don't stress guys, think I was in that boat for about 3 months... This was partially my own fault as they wanted to see if they could put me in an earlier course...
This is still just testing your patience. lol still more to come.... Casa is so behind in medicals that you will be waiting at least 2 months for it to be issued

I'm also in the same boat 
patiently waiting to hear whether my references got me through. Although I have heard that there are no more places on any courses for the rest of this year, so it looks like it's going to be a little wait regardless of when we hear back.

Were you both at the March Assessment Day in Brisbane on the 2nd of March? I was at that day and have also been sitting at the "final approval" stage for the last two and a bit weeks.
Other than the assessment day(s) in Melbourne in March, does anyone know whether there have been any more since?

I just got the call, October course in Brisbane!!!! I'm so unbelievably happy right now, I've already booked my medical! Good luck to everyone else, can't wait to meet the other people on my course! If anyone needs a place to stay I have a spare room so pm if you're interested. Yay!!!!!!

Glad to hear your onto the medical... just spoke with some of the staff in the office and they are so far behind its not funny!!!
I know of one case that is still ongoing with complications and has been for the last 6 months. There us at least 2 others i know that have been waiting since early April for their medical..... so no time to wait!
