Hey Guys
I'm Cohort 18 - 2025. My Timeline so far:
24 Dec 25 - Applied
02 FEB 26- Round 1 testing invite
10 FEB 26 - Round 2 testing invite
17 FEB 26 - Round 3 testing invite
24 FEB 26 - Application progressed to phone screening (unknown date)
09 MAR 26 - Phone screening notification
10 MAR 26 - Phone screening
13 MAR 26 - Application progressed to assessment centre (unknown date)
15 APR 26 - "Thanks for continued interest…. many applicants… your application is on active hold we will be in touch."
Haven't heard anything since. On the phone screen call they said AC would probably be some time May-June.
Not sure if anyone else has heard anything?
There seem to be a rather large recruitment push at the moment...
I have a link for the info session. PM me if you like.

Keeping eyes on the inbox for sure. I got my call a while ago (6th May) but still waiting on news for the medical or anything in writing I can sign. Same for you?
Is everyone finding that Airservices love to take their sweet time with the application process?

My reference check process was delayed unfortunately so I only got my call last week on the 21st of May. And yeah hoping I hear from medical soon as that seems to be the final obstacle of this whole process.

If I were to do it again I would just get your medical done on your own and get reimbursed once you start.
I would say the waiting time is that Airservices themselves don't know any information either, it's quite a fluid environment so basically when they know something you will know. When I got my call in November they said my course would start in March and then in February when I got my letter my start date was June because they have revamped the entire en-route course. So things are always changing but they are trying to get more people through and more people succesfully passing.

It was two months between Assessment Center and phone call with verbal offer, then another three months between verbal offer and written offer. To bo honest the medical provider they had for me (Jobfit) really delayed my medical process. They didn't have any pre-approved clinics for me in Sydney so the whole process took about 3 months and even then I had to schedule my own optometrist appointment.

Did anyone else fail the phone screening? I don’t think mine went that bad, and I was fully willing to relocate etc. but just got told I was unsuccessful compared to the criteria

I'm sure it's happened but probably rare, can I ask what you answered to the questions? Also, can I ask if english is your first language?

Hey friends!
I finally got my AC date (only 11 months after my initial application haha), would anyone who has been through the AC recently, especially from Melbourne, be open to me messaging them on here to ask a couple of questions about the format of the day? Feel free to reply to this, or message me directly. Much appreciated! I'm praying I still have enough time to get on the NZ Tower course in Oct, if I'm successful.
