Post Sky's Mid-air Show and TCAS

I watched the repeat of the Mid-Air over southern England show on Sky last night. It was, as I expected, a bit scare moungering and not totally acurate but it did raise some interesting questions.

Regarding TCAS, i'd be grateful if the airline operators amongst you could let me know the SOP modes you operate your TCAS in, i.e. "NORMAL" / "ABOVE" / "BELOW"? "OTHER TRAFFIC" ON / OFF?

My daily flying tends to be outside CAS so we always operate ABOVE and BELOW and with OTHER TRAFFIC ON giving us the full "picture" 9,900 feet up and down.

Thanks
