Does anyone know where I can buy this online?
I have tried amazon.co.uk

If anyone has a copy they are willing to sell to me I will offer a reasonable sum please PM me.

You could try your local library, they ought to be able to get hold of it for you, that's where I first got hold of it a few years ago.
alternatively, get it from one of these.
