EUROCONTROL: How's the process of getting in (ab initio)?

Hello everyone!

I'm interested in becoming an air traffic controller at Eurocontrol (ab initio). Can anyone pls tell me how's the selection made and what to expect during interviews and in the initial selection exams?

I'm have no experience of ATC, but I have visited the tower and the ATC premises of my local international airport.

I have already read through Eurocontrol's website and visited the NATS website. I have also read the thread (and some of its links) in this forum, concerning NATS.

I'd be very glad if someone could please fill me in regarding the Eurocontrol process.

Many thanks,

Knight

Here before Pontius was a Pilot or Mortus a Rigger

PS Mr. Moderator, How about making that info a "Sticky"?
