Hi all,

I just flew over the Islands last April and loved it!!!

So I was thinking about flying there for any of the local airlines.

Also I heard and checked by myself, that the cost of living there is high!!!

Any help on the matter will be great!!!!!!!

thanks in advance.

There are 3 companies there,Skyking(1900 operator),Interisland(otter,bn2,401's) and Global Airways(Aztec,402's).I flew down there for 9 months, its a great place. The Pilots there are a mix of locals and expats(kiwi's,ozzies, swedes)The experience requiremets range from 700 up to 1500,and you will need a 100 Multi PIC.License wise having a FAA ticket is handy,ICAO ones can validated if you have the ratings on your license already,ie a AZTEC endorsement.Flying is good fun, always good weather and you will easily do 20 landings a day in a 8 hour duty period.

Send me a PM and i will give you some contacts.

What... You not liking FOOL... Hey better than FCPP or FCBB... But I have to admit that Caribbean is better for entertainment.

You flying those AF crew flights to BZV with that 1900. Used to see those there. Frequented FOOL a few times a month too. Tax free ain't too bad.

Cheers

JJ
