Can anyone advise the best place to do a 727-200 rating. I've searched the net and found a couple of organisations eg. Boeing Flight Safety, Flight Training International, PanAm, but have no way of comparing etc. Also what about getting the rating applied to my Aust. ATPL?
Would appreciate any advice.

All you need is to get a letter from the Training Organisation if it outside Australia, to notate that if you had a licence in that Contracting State where you did your rating. that they would have given you a Type Rating based on their particular Licence.
You should also contact CASA Sydney Office to see if they will accept the Rating from the Training Organisation you sought after.
I ve noticed there are alot of 727S in South Africa they should have afew there. Check Africa forum theres someone looking for the same...
Theres also one in the UK with GECAT , doesnt get used much anymore.
